Communities covered this south side visit include Washington Park, Grand Blvd., and Hyde Park. Restoration of Lorado Taft's fountain is expected to be complete in June. You can find it at the western end of the Midway Plaisance.

It appears constuction on Chicago's first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified skyscraper has begun at 340 On the Park. The LEED rating it will attain is unknown.
